Enjoyed Tangerang, the hotel was extremely convenient and reasonably priced by taxi or shuttle bus. I had well priced room with good bed quality. The location of the property was central, not far from the airport in Jakarta, and mall.

My bed was a bit hard.

During my stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent shuttle service provided. The shuttle bus promptly picked me up from the airport and returned me there as well. The convenience of this service made my layover in Jakarta stress-free. Additionally, the room I stayed in was comfortable and provided a great view of the airport without any noise disturbance. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a vast selection of delicious dishes, and I particularly enjoyed the sea bass for dinner. Although there was some wallpaper peeling off in the room, the attentive staff quickly fixed it while I was away.

Despite a minor issue with the wallpaper, I had a pleasant experience at Swiss-Belhotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in need of a comfortable and convenient layover option at Jakarta airport.

Convenient base for discovering Tangerang with consistently courteous staff at reception desk. Great location to Cengkareng Golf Club. Positioned in the pretty nice area. Delicious and very good breakfast, plenty of food and beverages.

Magnificent and absolutely perfect location with parking onsite. Located in 10 minutes' drive to the airport.

I stayed at Swiss-Belhotel for just one night before catching an early morning flight back to the US. The hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect, with a quick 5-10 minute taxi ride. The hotel is located in a small mall, offering a variety of dining options and places to hang out. Check-in was swift, and the staff was helpful and efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The bathroom was large and the shower had strong water pressure. a pleasant and convenient stay.

This hotel was located in a central area short walk to Very close to airport, a walk around the adjacent shopping centre/food places and many restaurant and coffee shops. Furthermore, on another terminal. It was well priced.

We got quiet a twin room with excellent sleep quality as an upgrade, nice gesture. The hotel was set in a central area just off taxi or shuttle bus as well as the Terminal.
